Ankur Agarwal

Ankur has a background in technology and business strategy consulting. He previously worked at The Boston Consulting Group in London where he was involved in business strategy development, project management, organization design, post-merger integrations and private equity investments with Fortune-500 companies across a number of industries; and prior to that he was at Microsoft Research in Cambridge where he was into cutting edge science and technology and held a fellowship with the University of Cambridge. Ankur has also been a part of Media Lab Asia, a joint venture between the Government of India and the MIT Media Laboratory that was set up to develop sustainable technologies for rural development. He holds a PhD in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics from INRIA, France, and a BTech in Computer Science and Engineering from IIT Delhi.

 

Vinayak Arora

Vinayak specializes strategy, value analysis and project management. He has extensive strategy consulting experience across Asia and the US, and has provided advisory to a number of global conglomerates, PE firms and Fortune 500 companies. Vinayak has also been involved in the development of a number of successful business plans for a variety of clients. Prior to Advait, Vinayak served as an engagement manager at Fusion Consulting, an Asia-Pacific focused consulting firm based in Singapore. Some of the clients he has worked with in the past include American Express, Ericsson, NSN, Electrolux, Samsung, Accenture, Baring PE, IBM, Kraft Foods, Ingersoll Rand and KONE. Vinayak holds an MBA from IIT Roorkee and a BS in Electronics from Delhi University.

 

Anil Kumar

Anil’s core expertise is in the area of finance. He has worked in the investment banking and corporate banking divisions of leading multinational banks including Morgan Stanley and Standard Chartered in Singapore and India, where he has advised corporates on IPO and divestment of equity, structured trade finance deals and worked on risk mitigation strategies. He has also previously worked in the civil services, where he monitored government schemes and projects, executed reforms and led public private partnerships. Anil holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a BTech in Chemical Engineering from IIT Kanpur.

 

Ashish Pandey

Ashish is a technology enthusiast who specializes in research and development of high-efficiency power electronics and energy systems. He has been actively engaged in the solar industry in India for several years, with a focus on optimizing cost, improving reliability and enhancing system efficiency of solar PV based generation systems. He has also worked on assignments in solar thermal technologies and biomass based power projects. Prior to joining the renewable energy industry,  Ashish worked in the areas of  embedded control software, MPPT algorithms and design of high-efficiency and reliable power conversion systems. Ashish holds a PhD in Power Electronics from IIT Delhi.
